Our Team

Jo is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in commercial & IT law. She has worked both in high profile City of London law firms and freelance for  global IT companies through her legal consultancy, Trading Terms Ltd. In October 2009 she founded “offtoseemylawyer.com”, a virtual law firm for female entrepreneurs. Her speciality is advising on large scale IT contracts whether hardware or software related, managed service contracts, terms of business and advertising compliance to name but a few. She is legal columnist for the glossy magazine for entrepreneurs, the Market, backed by the Entrepreneurs’ Business Academy and has featured in Mike Southon’s entrepreneur column in the Financial Times. More recently, Jo was invited to be an ambassador for the national women’s group, Everywoman. She is also an active patron of the charity Peace One Day.

Having grown up abroad in France and Germany, Jo is fluent French and German and also has good Spanish. She is therefore perfectly placed for cross border deals.
